Through a step-by-step process, HARE will assist students and parents with their college selection and application process enabling them to make the best, informed decision that meets or exceeds their expectations.

The foundation of HARE'S services is the development of a Individual College Education Plan. This plan incorporates the student's academic record, interests, abilities, aptitudes and financial options. 

By working through the College Educational Plan, students will fully participate in the process of discovering their strengths and passions and defining their goals.
